My goal is always customer first, I’m just not building my business but more importantly I build relationships! My job is to educate my customers when it comes to Heating and Air Conditioning, thus allows them to make better decisions on which route to go when it comes to repairing or replacing units – whether they use my services or use someone else. This is true…to a point. My fees are considerably lower compared to the “big” guys. Why? I dont have the high overhead costs that are incurred by being a large company. I don’t have investors to pay, I dont have the higher costs of insurance, I dont have the big building, the wrapped advertised vehicles they have, the sales team commissions to pay – this all equates to lower costs for me to be able to pass these savings on to you all the while providing great customer service to you at an affordable rate.
